The GDS® Modular 10-30V Hardwire Charger with Female USB Type-A Connector (RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V7B1U) provides power to compatible GDS® vehicle solutions and 5V devices requiring up to 2.5A. It accepts 10–30VDC input and provides 5–9VDC output through its female USB Type-A connection. The modular quick-disconnect design allows compatible USB Type-A charging cables to be connected and charger components to be replaced during upgrades without rewiring the vehicle’s power connection.
Part of the GDS® Ecosystem™, this charger includes over-voltage, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection, along with moisture resistance. Its output uses USB 2.0 BC1.2/DCP modes for 5V and AFC/QC 2.0 for 9V. The charger is backed by a 3-year warranty.
