DESCRIPTION
 
The RAM-231ZU is a marine grade aluminum rail mount base with a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball and ZINC u-bolt. Most commonly used as a rail mount base.

NOTE: Please see the RAM-235U for a double stainless steel u-bolt rail mount base.

RAM-231ZU Features:
  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, National Products Inc., life time warranty.
  • Base Material: Black powder coated marine grade aluminum.
  • Base Ball Size: C ball sized 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball. Maximum suggested weight 10 lbs.
  • Included Base: RAM-231ZU black powder coated marine grade aluminum motorcycle handlebar or universal rail base with 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball.
    • Fits rail diameter from .5 to 1.0 inches.
    • Includes 1 inch zinc u-bolt that fits rail diameter from .75 to 1 inch.
    • Includes two nuts, u-bolt plastic caps and the RAP-319 composite reducer that allows a rail diameter down to .5 inch when used with the 1 inch zinc u-bolt.
  • Optional Stainless Steel U-bolts:
    • RAM-HAR-SU251 1.0 inch stainless steel u-bolt, is available.
