RAM® Glare Shield Clamp Mount

The RAM-B-177-C consists of a glare shield clamp base, short double socket arm and diamond base adapter. This mount is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface up to 5/8″ thick. Popular mounting edges include a car side window edge lip or glare shield on an airplane. The base has two composite bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. The 2.43″ x 1.31″ diamond base contains two holes 1.912″ from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM Mount and third party cradles. The mount is designed with a RAM 1″ diameter patented rubber ball and socket system that has adjustment points at both ends of the double socket arm; this allowing for almost infinite adjustment and perfect viewing angles.
