The RAP-B-121-TAB16U is a composite clamp base mount assembly that will accommodate a rail or edge lip from 5/8 inch to 1.25 inches (commonly used in aviation applications). The assembly includes a standard sized length arm and cradle for the following devices:
  • Google Nexus 7 WITH THICK Case, Cover or Skin

  • This cradle may fit additional tablets with the dimensions listed below:
    • Height: 7.12" to 8.875" maximum height
    • Width: 5.05" maximum width
    • Depth: 0.82" maximum depth

RAP-B-121-TAB16U Includes the Following:
  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAP Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Color/Material: Black composite assembly. 
  • Socket Ball Size: B-Ball Size = 1.0 inch Ball. Maximum suggested weight 5 lbs.
  • RAP-B-121-AP11U includes the RAP-B-121-238U shown below. The RAP-B-121-202U consists of the RAP-B-121BU, RAP-B-201U and RAP-B-238U.
  • Yoke Base: RAP-B-121BU composite clamp base mount accommodates a rail or edge lip from 5/8 inch to a maximum of 1.25 inches. The 1 inch rubber ball sits at a right angle to the plane of the mount so when connected to a rail, the ball sits parallel to the rail. To mount the base, simply place the clamps around the rail or edge and then screw the large knob at the end of the threaded rod. The hand tightened clamp makes this the perfect mounting system for rental planes and unusual shaped motorbike rails. The rail does not need to be perfectly round to use this base.
  • Arm: RAP-B-201U standard sized length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 3.0 inches between socket centers (3.6875 inches in overall length). A plastic twist knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction. 
  • Adapter: RAP-B-238U universal diamond adapter plate with pre-drilled holes. Accommodates the AMPS hole pattern.

  • Cradle: RAM-HOL-TAB16U high strength plastic holder for the devices specified above.  
  • Cradle Features:
1. Support cups contain open slots to accommodate for tablets of various sizes.
2. Back plate can support various size support cups.
3. Spring loaded tension provides secure support for your tablet.
4. Spring loaded cradle allows for quick release of your tablet.
5. Full access to all Nexus 7 ports and camera.
  • Manufacturer's Cradle Description: The RAM-HOL-TAB16U consists of a spring loaded back plate and custom support cups. This spring loaded design makes it easy to load and unload your tablet, along with keeping it secure while on the go. Cup ends are designed to optimize the functionality of your Nexus 7, allowing access to audio jacks, usb, power, and other ports, your Nexus 7 can be used just as it was intended.
