DESCRIPTION
 
The RAP-B-166-2U universal suction cup mount is a high strength composite 2.7 inch diameter locking suction cup base, plastic arm and universal diamond plate. This suction cup mount is ideal for light duty mounting applications such as GPS or small electronic devices.

RAP-B-166-2U Includes the Following:

  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Base: 2.7 inch locking suction cup base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball. This base has a strong hold on any smooth non-porous surface, but for best results mount the suction cup base to a glass surface.
  • Arm: RAP-B-201-1U composite arm measures approximately 2.0 inches between socket center to socket center and is 2.75 inches in total length. A tightening screw on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to a RAM 1 inch diameter ball. When loosening the side screw, you can pivot the ball and socket connections or completely disconnect the ball from the socket.
  • Adapter: RAP-B-238U composite universal diamond plate. Two holes measuring 1.9 inches from center to center is compatible with the AMPS hole pattern and any RAM-HOL-xxxx cradle.
  • Cradle: Optional. A cradle to secure Apple, cell phone or GPS units is can be viewed by clicking here.

Security and Portability Options: The RAP-326 quick release adapter allows the cradle to be easily removed if sharing the electronic device between applications (i.e. motorcycle to automobile).


Screen Magnification Options: The RAM-MAG-1U is a screen magnifier that is 2 inches by 4 inches with a 2x zoom. 


Optional Cup Holder Mounting Base: Optional RAM-299-3U cup holder base attaches to the suction cup base of the RAP-B-166-2U. This allows you to mount your device in the cup holder of your vehicle! Perfect for those who do not want to mount to the windshield.
