The RAP-224-1U is a twist locking 3.25 inch rubber suction cup base that has a standard RAM double hole diamond shaped end. The suction cup base is designed to have an extra strong hold on any smooth non-porous surface, but for best results mount the suction cup base to a glass surface.
The diamond shaped end has two holes 1.912 inches from center to center (AMPS hole pattern) and will connect to the OPTIONAL RAM-B-238U Universal Diamond Plate.
The OPTIONAL RAM-B-238 Diamond Plate uses the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and connects to RAM 1 inch ball socket arms or RAM Mounts cradles and holders. This suction base DOES NOT have a RAM 1 inch rubber connection ball.
Thee RAP-224-1U is commonly used with the RAM-B-166U (Marine Grade Aluminum) or RAP-B-166U (High Strength Plastic)suction cup mounts.
