The RAM-E-101U is a 3.68 inch diameter marine grade aluminum base plate with a standard sized length arm and 3.68 inch diameter adapter plate. The mounting plate has pre-drilled holes.

standard sized length arm for RAM-E-201 series arms. The arm measures 9.875 inches
between socket centers (12.625 inches in overall length). A metal twist
knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction. A shorter arm RAM-E-201U-D, 4.375 inches from socket center to socket center, is available. Please see the RAM-E-101U-D for the complete assembly.
