The RAM-B-127U mount consists of a u-channel clamp base RAM-B-259U, RAM-B-201U standard arm and RAM-B-202AU video camera mounting plate.

RAM-B-127U Features:
  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Base: RAM-B-259U u-channel clamp is designed to mount to the lip edge of a flat surface up to 1 inch thick. The base has two plastic bolts that, when tightened, clamp the base to the lip surface. Popular mounting edges include a glare shield on an airplane.

    

  • Arm: RAM-B-201U standard length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 2.875 inches between socket centers. Black powder coated marine grade aluminum with plastic twist knob. A tightening screw on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to a RAM 1 inch diameter ball. When loosening the side screw, the arm opens releasing the sockets allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection or completely disconnect the ball from the socket.

    

  • Camera Mount Plate: RAM-B-202AU  is a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball connected to a 2.5 inch round plate with a male 1/4"-20 aluminum camera thread. This thread matches most video camera/camera female threads found on the bottom of video camera/cameras.

    • RAM-B-201U-A short "A" arm 1.75 inches from socket center to socket center, is available.
    • RAM-B-201U-C long "C" arm 5.1875 inches from socket center to socket center is available.

    • RAM-B-237U 1.0 inch ball with 1/4"-20 aluminum stud.
        
  • Security Options (shown below not included) :
    • RAM-KNOB3LU keyed lock shown below is available and replaces the plastic twist knob found on the RAM-B-201 series arm.
