DESCRIPTION
 
The RAM-137U is a 11 inch by 3 inch rectangular marine grade aluminum universal mounting plate with a 2.5 inch diameter base and 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball and standard sized length arm. The mounting plate can be used for many electronic devices including: CB Radios, HAM Radios, and Marine Electronics. 


RAM-137U shown above (GPS Device Not Included). Mounting hardware is not included.

RAM-137U Features:

  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty. 
  • Overall Height: 8 inches when positioned at full extension.
  • Mounting Plate Material: Black powder coated marine grade aluminum with pre-drilled holes. NOTE: This marine grade aluminum plate can also be drilled into for a custom hole pattern without voiding the manufacturers warranty.
  • Plate Dimensions: 11 inches * 3 inches with 1.5 inch diameter "C" sized rubber ball.
  • Socket Ball Size: Connects to 1.5 inch C Ball Size / Max. Weight 10 lbs.
  • Mounting Plate Description: RAM-137BU has many different combination of pre-drilled holes which will match many electronic devices including: CB Radios, Ham Radios, Marine GPS and other devices. Eight pre-drilled holes (other holes can be drilled into without voiding warranty). Each hole stationed length wise is 3.5" apart and width wise they are 1.5" apart. 
    
  • Base Plate Included: RAM-202U shown below is a marine grade aluminum universal 2.5 inch diameter plate with a 1.5 inch diameter "C" sized rubber ball. The plate has pre-drilled holes, including the universal AMPS hole pattern.
   
  • Arm Included: RAM-201U shown below is a standard length marine grade aluminum arm 4.55 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 5.625 inches in overall length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!

    • RAM-KNOB5LU keyed lock shown below is available and replaces the plastic twist knob found on the RAM-201 series arm.
