Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if the ship to address is located in Illinois.

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service by emailing support@themountdepot.com for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Approved credits usually appear approximately within 3-5 business days.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). Special Order items (either noted on the website as a Special Order or via email by The Mount Depot) and bulk discounted purchases where special discounts are given will be charged in full once placing the order. Items noted as Pre-Order will be charged in full once the order is placed. The expected delivery date of some Pre-Order items can exceed the amount of time that The Mount Depot is allowed to capture funds for an authorized charge. Therefore, Pre-Order items are charged at the time of purchase.  Please read the Return and Canceled Order Policy for information regarding restocking fees.
