The RAM-B-231-2-UN7 is a ATV/UTV GPS mounting assembly that includes both a handlebar rail base and strap base (providing two mounting base options), standard sized length arm, and spring loaded X Grip holder. This holder will accommodate electronic devices within the following dimensions:
  • Minimum Width = 0.875"
  • NOTE: Devices at 0.875" must be a minimum of 4" in height to fit into holder.
  • Maximum Width = 3.25"
  • Depth = 0.875"

  • Included Strap Base: RAM-B-231-2U is a high strength plastic clamp housing with a marine grade aluminum strap and 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball.
    • Strap Dimensions: 1.57 inch(40mm) to maximum of 3.15 inch(80mm).
  • Included Rail Base: RAM-B-231U black powder coated marine grade aluminum motorcycle handlebar or universal rail base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball.
    • Includes 1 inch stainless steel u-bolt that fits rail diameter up to 1 inch.
    • Includes two nuts, u-bolt plastic caps and the RAP-319 composite reducer that allows a rail diameter down to .5 inch when used with the 1 inch u-bolt.
  • Included Arm: RAM-B-201U black powder coated marine grade aluminum standard sized length arm for 1 inch balls.
    • Measures 3.0 inches between socket centers.
    • Measures 3.6875 inches in overall total length.
    • The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the plastic side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached base accessory. This enables the arm and accessories to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories.
  • Included Holder: RAM-HOL-UN7BU
    • Spring loaded holder expands and contracts for perfect fit of your device.
    • 1 inch diameter rubber ball is attached to the cradle.
    • Rubber coated tips will hold device firm and stable.
    • Versatility of holder allows for attachment to many RAM-to-RAM ball mounts.
    • Single socket technology allows for multiple adjustment angles and articulation of device.

This mount can also be attached to smaller diameter handlebars on ATVs using the included hardware.
