DESCRIPTION
 
The RAM-101U-UK2 is a marine grade aluminum rail mount base with a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball and two stainless steel u-bolts (fits 1 to 1.25 inch diameter rail). This assembly includes the rail mount base, standard sized length arm, double ball connector, short sized length arm and round universal plate.

The RAM-101U-UK2 Features and Options:

  • Material: Black powder coated marine grade aluminum.
  • Ball Size: C ball sized 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball. Maximum weight 10 lbs.
  • Base Description: RAM-235U is a universal round pipe rail base with two stainless steel u-bolts and 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball.
    • Hardware Included: Yes. Includes two rustproof stainless steel u-bolts, that will accommodate a rail diameter from 1.0 inch to 1.25 inch, and two sets of nuts with plastic caps.
  • Arm Included Standard Size: RAM-201U standard length marine grade aluminum arm 4.5 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 5.625 inches in overall length.
    • A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!
  • Double Ball Connector: RAM-230U 1.5 inch double ball connector.
  • Arm Included Short Size: RAM-201U-B short length marine grade aluminum arm 2.25 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 3.5 inches in overall length.
  • Plate Included: RAM-202U is a universal 2.5 inch diameter round plate with pre-drilled holes that can be used to connect to a large variety of third party cradles and holders (RAM Mounts plastic holders and aqua boxes, i.e. RAM-HOL-xxxx) including those with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. The plate is black powder coated marine grade aluminum with a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball.

    • RAM-KNOB5LU keyed lock shown below is available and replaces the plastic twist knob found on the RAM-201 series arm.
