The RAP-B-378-TAB11U is a 2.5 inch diameter adhesive disk base, plastic arm and composite docking connector holder designed to fit the following devices:

Apple iPad Mini (1st Gen) WITHOUT Case, Cover or Skin
This cradle is compatible with any tablet that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of your tablet when determining the overall size.
Cradle Dimensions:
- Height: 6.80" minimum to 9" maximum
- Width: Maximum width to 5.31"
- Depth: 0.125" minimum to 0.56" maximum

RAP-B-378-TAB11U Includes the Following:

Included Base: RAP-B-378U 2.5 inch adhesive disk base with 1 inch diameter rubber ball. Put the base practically anywhere you want to keep your handheld device easy to see and always within your reach. Designed with a very small foot print, finding a home on your dash or console is easy.
Included Arm: RAP-B-201U composite arm measures approximately 2.875 inches between socket center to socket center and is 3.69 inches in total length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to a RAM 1 inch diameter ball. When loosening the side knob, you can pivot the ball and socket connections or completely disconnect the ball from the socket.
Included Holder/Cradle: RAM-HOL-TAB11U high strength plastic holder for the devices specified above.

Cradle Features:

1. Support cups contain open slots to accommodate for tablets of various sizes.
2. Unique design enables the use of the factory iPad Mini charging cable (not included) and docking connector.
3. Quickly dock and undock your iPad Mini without requiring the insertion and removal of the charging cable.
4. Back plate can support various size support cups.
5. Spring loaded tension provides secure support for your tablet.
6. Spring loaded cradle allows for quick release of your tablet.
7. Full access to all iPad Mini ports.

Manufacturer's Description: The RAM-HOL-TAB11U consists of a spring loaded back plate, custom support cups and Uni-Conn docking connector. This spring loaded design makes it easy to load and unload your tablet Tab, along with keeping it secure while on the go. Cup ends are designed to optimize the functionality of your tablet, allowing access to audio jacks, usb, power, and other ports, your iPad mini can be used just as it was intended. The Uni-Conn features a unique patent pending design which enables the use of the factory iPad cables with docking connector for charging as well as other functions.

Instructions

General recommendations to properly adhere the adhesive disc.
1. Ensure that both the dashboard surface and the bottom of the Ram Mount base have been thoroughly cleaned and dried.
2. Attach either side of adhesive to the base first, let it sit several hours to allow adhesive to thoroughly bond.
3. Attach other side of adhesive (with base) to the dashboard surface.
4. Let the adhesive disc sit several hours before adding socket arm components, etc. to allow the adhesive to properly bond to the dashboard surface.
