The RAP-251-AP8U is a composite 9 inch x 9 inch square flat surface base with a marine grade aluminum long sized adjustable arm and cradle for the following device (WITHOUT bumper cover, case or skin):
  • Apple iPad 1st Generation
  • Apple iPad 2
  • Apple iPad 3 / iPad HD
  • HP TouchPad 1st Generation

RAP-251-AP8U Includes the Following:

  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Color/Material: Black composite square base and black power coated marine grade aluminum mounting arm.
  • Socket Ball Size: B-Ball Size = 1.0 inch ball. 
  • Base: RAP-251U composite 9" x 9" square composite base with AMPS hole pattern.
  • Base Adapter: RAM-B-202U 2.5 inch diameter base with pre-drilled holes and 1 inch diameter rubber ball. The pre-drilled holes accommodate the AMPS hole pattern. .
  • Arm: RAM-B-201U-C long sized length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 5.25 inches between socket centers. A plastic twist knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction.
  • Cradle Adapter: RAM-B-202U 2.5 inch diameter base with pre-drilled holes and 1 inch diameter rubber ball. The pre-drilled holes accommodate the AMPS hole pattern and attached to the cradle.
  • Holder/Cradle: RAM-HOL-AP8U high strength plastic holder for the devices specified above. Place the top of the device into the cradle, and then push the base into the expandable arms at the bottom of the holder. The arms will then snap into place when the device is completely secured in the cradle. The cradle allows all cables (not included) to stay connected while the device unit is in the cradle. Hardware to attach the holder/cradle to the RAM-B-202U is included.
