This no-drill laptop stand system includes the laptop "Tough Tray", articulating arm, tele-pole and vehicle base. This system installs quickly and easily into the specified vehicles using the existing hardware of the passenger side seat rails. See the installation video by clicking here. This laptop configuration provides a telescoping feature that allows a vertical height adjustment range from 12 to 18 inches (additional height ranges are available). Dual swing arms provide articulation and 12 inches of extension from the installation origin of the mounted device (additional extension is available). The patented rubber ball and socket joint provides additional adjustment as well as shock and vibration isolation. The laptop tray "Tough Tray" is a spring loaded tray that accommodates 10 to 16 inch wide laptops (17 inch wide screens). The tray features four adjustable retaining arms with a rubber grip feature. These arms can be moved both vertically and horizontally for adjustment to the electronic device being secured. • Tough Tray: RAM-234-3 Laptop "Tough Tray" high strength composite spring loaded expandable tray. Accommodates laptops from 10-16 inches wide (screen sizes up to 17 inches). The tray includes 4 side clamping fingers with rubber grips. The fingers are fully adjustable and can be moved both vertically and horizontally.

        

• NOTE: RAM Mounts recommends the RAM-234-SNMU Safe-n-Secure kit if the laptop mount is intended to hold an electronic device while the vehicle is in motion.
• A smaller Tough Tray RAM-234-6 for medium sized device is available. VESA plates, HAM Radio and Panasonic Toughbook laptop trays are also available. The Mount Depot can customize a laptop mount system for your application.

• RAM-234-S2U locking screen support secures the laptop screen in a locked position.
  
• RAM-234K1-4U flat side arms allow the laptop lid to close flat when not in use.

• Articulating Arm: RAM-VB-110-1U black powder coated steel dual swing arm with 12 inches of total extension. Connects to the Tough Tray and upper tele-pole. 
  

       

• Articulating Arm Options:
  
• RAM-VB-109-3U 6 inch swing arm extension. Provides a total of 18 inches of total extension when added to the RAM-VB-110-1U.
  

• Telescoping Pole: "Tele-Pole" showed assembled with bottom tele-pole RAM-VB-TBF9U and upper tele-pole RAM-VB-TTM8U (far left picture below). The tele-pole allows a height adjustment range from 12 to 18 inches. For an even more custom installation, the tele-pole may be easily cut with a hack saw to a more desired length.
  

        

• Upper Tele-Pole: RAM-VP-TTM8U black powder coated steel 8 inch upper tele-pole mates to the articulating arm and lower tele-pole.
  
• Upper Tele-Pole Dimensions: A = 1.328" OD, B = 2.5", C = 8"

        

• Lower Tele-Pole: RAM-VP-TBF9U black powder coated steel 9 inch lower tele-pole mates to the upper tele-pole and vehicle base.

• RAM-VB-REM1 quick disconnect allows the entire laptop system from the vehicle base upwards to be disconnected by removing a quick release pin. Perfect for individuals using a vehicle for both work and personal use, one of the most popular options!
  
• RAM-VB-ADJ1 Adjust-A-Pole allows additional adjustment of the tele-pole system away from seats or center consoles. NOTE: The RAM-VB-ADJ1 is included in some laptop mounts such as the RAM-VB-159-SW1.
  
• Longer lower tele-poles up to 18 inches and longer upper tele-poles up to 12 inches are available. Additional tele-pole options are available by clicking here.

• Vehicle Base: Black powder coated steel base for the specified vehicles attaches to the passenger seat rails using existing hardware.
• NOTE: Some vehicle bases may limit seat travel.
• NOTE: Base will not work with any vehicles that have powered seats.
