The RAM-B-247U-4 is a marine grade aluminum square rail clamp base with a 1 inch diameter rubber ball that will accommodate a 4 inch maximum rail width.

Hardware Included: Yes. Two bolts and two nuts are included that will accommodate a square rail clamp distance up to 4 inches.
