The RAP-319U is a plastic adapter sits atop the u-bolt and beneath the rail being mounted to. The RAP-319U is standard on the RAM-B-149ZU and RAM-B-231ZU.

The RAP-319U plastic adapter allows the rail or handlebar diameter to be reduced to .5 inch when using the supplied u-bolts that come with the following RAM Mount products:
  • RAM-B-149ZU
  • RAM-B-231ZU
The RAP-319U will work with the RAM-B-149U, RAM-B-231U, RAM-B-149CHU.
