RAM-B-149Z-GA14U
Includes the Following:
- Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National

- Base: RAM-B-231ZU black powder coated motorcycle handlebar or universal rail base with zinc coated u-bolt for .5 inch to 1.25 inch diameter rail. For a stainless steel u-bolt please see the RAM-B-149U. See RAM-B-231ZU description below for additional u-bolt options.
- Arm: RAM-B-201U standard
length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 3 inches between
socket centers. Black powder coated marine grade aluminum with plastic
twist knob. A shorter arm RAM-B-201U-A, 1.75 inches from socket center to socket center, is available. Please see RAM-B-149ZAU for the complete assembly. A longer arm RAM-B-201U-C, 5.25 inches from socket center to socket center is available.
- Adapter: RAM-B-238U black powder coated marine grade
aluminum universal diamond plate. Two holes measuring 1.9 inches
from center to center.
- Cradle: RAM-HOL-GA14U high strength plastic holder. Place the top
of the GPS unit into the cradle, and then push the base into the expandable
arms at the bottom of the holder. The arms will then snap into place when
the GPS is completely secured in the cradle. The cradle allows all cables
(not included) to stay connected while the GPS unit is in the cradle.
RAM-B-231ZU Description: Black powder coated motorcycle handlebar or universal rail base with zinc coated u-bolt for .5 inch to 1.25 inch diameter rail. A plastic adapter the RAP-319 is included to accommodate rail diameters to .5 inch.
RAM-B-231ZU Options: The RAM-B-231 series is available in CHROME RAM-B-231CHU (see picture below). Two optional stainless steel u-bolts are available: RAM-SU2512U to accommodate 1.0 inch to 1.25 inch rail diameter, and the RAM-HAR-SU251 to accommodate up to 1.0 inch rail diameter.
RAM-B-201U Description: Standard
length powder coated marine grade aluminum dual socket arm that measures 3.0
inches long from socket center to socket center and 3.69 inches in total
length. This arm allows a 1 inch diameter ball accessory to be connected at
either end. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to
clamp firmly to the attached accessories. The arm allows for easy adjustment by
loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets,
allowing the arm to pivot on the attached accessory. This enables the arm
and accessories to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in
position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect
from the accessories.
RAM-B-201U Options: The RAM-B-201 series is available in CHROME RAM-B-201CHU (see picture below). The RAM-KNOB3LU keyed lock is available and replaces the twist knob found on the RAM-B-201 series arm (see picture below).
RAM-B-238U Description: The
universal diamond plate is a powder coated marine grade aluminum plate
that measures 1.25 inches * 2.5 inches. This diamond plate connects to a
1 inch diameter rubber ball. The diamond plate has two holes positioned
1.9 inches from center to center. The hole pattern found on the diamond plate
will connect to a large variety of third party cradles and mounts (including
RAM holders RAM-HOL-xxxx) and including those with the industry standard AMPS
hole pattern.
RAM-B-238U Options: The RAM-B-238 is available in CHROME RAM-B-238CHU (see picture below). See RAP-326 quick release adapter to allow fast and easy portability between shared mounting applications. This allows the cradle to be easily disconnected from the RAM-B-238 without tools.

The RAP-326 quick release adapter allows
the cradle to be easily removed if sharing the electronic device between
applications (i.e. motorcycle to automobile). The RAM-KNOB-3LU is a popular option. A keyed twist lock knob replaces the twist knob on the RAM-B-201 series arm.
Screen
Magnification Options:
The RAM-MAG-1U is a screen magnifier that is 2
inches by 4 inches with a 2x zoom.
Waterproof Aqua
