The RAM-B-138-339-AP4U is a flat surface marine grade aluminum mount that has a magnetic base with a 2.5 inch diameter flat surface base with pre-drilled holes, standard arm, universal diamond adapter plate and Garmin holder. This mount is designed for the following Apple series:
  • Apple iPod iTouch 1st Generation

NOTE: This cradle WILL NOT FIT the 2nd generation iPod Touch. To see newer Apple iPod Touch cradles (i.e., 2nd generation, etc.) click here.

RAM-B-138-339-GA36U Includes the Following:

  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Color/Material: Black power coated marine grade aluminum. Chrome is available.
  • Socket Ball Size: B-Ball Size = 1.0 inch sized ball.
  • Magnetic Base: The RAP-339U contains 3 rare Earth magnets, that is incredibly strong and drawn to ferrous metals. The plastic adapter is designed to conceal the magnets and is made of durable plastic to prevent scratching of the mounting surface.
   
  • Base: RAM-B-202U 2.5 inch diameter black powder coated marine grade aluminum base with pre-drilled holes and 1 inch diameter rubber ball. The pre-drilled holes accommodate the AMPS hole pattern. 
  • Arm: RAM-B-201U standard length arm for 1 inch balls. The arm measures 2.875 inches between socket centers (3.6875 inches in overall length). A plastic twist knob allows you to articulate the arm in any direction. A shorter arm RAM-B-201U-A, 1.75 inches from socket center to socket center, is available. Please see RAM-B-138U-A for the complete assembly. A longer arm RAM-B-201U-C, 5.25 inches from socket center to socket center is available. Please see RAM-B-138U-C for the complete assembly. Please note the magnetic base and holder is not included in either the RAM-B-138U-A or RAM-B-138U-C.
  • Adapter: RAM-B-238U universal diamond plate with two holes measuring 1.9 inches from hole center to hole center and accommodate the AMPS hole pattern.
  • Holder/Cradle: RAM-HOL-AP4U high strength plastic holder. Place the top of the Apple device into the cradle, and then push the base into the expandable arms at the bottom of the holder. The arms will then snap into place when the Apple device is completely secured in the cradle. The cradle allows all cables (not included) to stay connected while the Apple unit is in the cradle. Hardware to attach the holder/cradle to the RAM-B-238U is included.
RAM-B-138-339-AP4U Option (NOT INCLUDED):

RAM-202PSA Option (NOT INCLUDED): The RAM-202PSA shown below is a double sided 2.5 inch diameter 3M adhesive pad that can be placed on any flat surface. The RAM-B-202 base can then be attached to the adhesive pad without requiring drilling into the flat surface.
