The RAM-B-108-UN4 is a marine grade aluminum V base rail mount (fits .5" to 2" rail diameter) with a standard sized length arm, diamond adapter plate and universal finger gripping cradle. This universal cradle (RAM-HOL-UN4U) will fit devices within the following dimensions:

  • Material: Black powder coated marine grade aluminum.
  • Ball Size: B ball sized 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball. Maximum weight 5 lbs.
  • Base Included: RAM-B-108BU black powder coated marine grade aluminum "V" base with 1.0 diameter rubber ball and metal strap. The metal strap (2 included) will accommodate a rail diameter from .5 inch to 2 inches.
    • (1) QTY 6 inch long metal strap
    • (1) QTY 8 inch long metal strap
    • (1) QTY 5.5 inch rubber strip that supports the metal straps to avoiding scratching or marking of the rail.
  • Arm Included: RAM-B-201U is the standard length double socket arm that measures 3.0 inches between socket centers and 3.6875 inches in overall length. The arm is black powder coated marine grade aluminum with a plastic twist knob and accepts 1 inch diameter balls. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached accessories. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached accessory. This enables the arm and accessories to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!
  • Plate Included: RAM-B-238U is a universal diamone plate with pre-drilled holes that can be used to connect to a large variety of third party cradles and holders (RAM Mounts plastic holders and aqua boxes, i.e. RAM-HOL-xxxx) including those with the industry standard AMPS hole pattern. The plate is black powder coated marine grade aluminum with a 1 inch diameter rubber ball.
  • Included Holder: RAM-HOL-UN4U shown below is a universal plastic finger grip holder is designed to hold a large amount of different kinds of cell phones (Blackberry, Droid, iPhone, etc.) and electronic devices such as GPS (Garmin eTrex, nuvi), MP3 players and tollway responders. The RAM-HOL-UN4U has four rubber coated finger placed along the side of the holder that grips any electrical device you need to hold. The bottom of the holder has a plate that provides additional support to the electronic device being held. The holder has multiple size arms that come with the standard.
