The RAM-B-101-G4U is marine grade aluminum mounting kit with a 2.5 inch diameter base (RAM-B-202U), standard length arm (RAM-B-201U) and Garmin marine adapter plate (RAM-B-202-G4U) for selected Garmin marine devices listed below.

RAM-B-101-G4U Features and Options:

  • Warranty: Manufacturer's, RAM Mounts (National Products Inc.), Limited Life Time Warranty.
  • Mounting Plate Dimensions: 2.5 inch diameter round plate with attached 1.0 inch B Ball / Max Weight 5 lbs. Please see the RAM-101-G4U for a C Ball / Max Weight 10 lbs mounting device for heaver applications.
  • Mounting Plate Description: RAM-B-202-G4U shown below is a black powder coated marine grade aluminum mounting plate with pre-drilled holes. Pre-drilled holes will accommodate the AMPS hole pattern.
    
  • Mounting Plate Hardware: Yes, included are 3x (#8-32 x 5/8” PH PD Mach Screws) and 3x (#8-32 SS Nylock Nuts) that will connect the RAM-202-G4U to the bottom of the Garmin echo™.
  • Base Plate Included: RAM-B-202U shown below is a marine grade aluminum universal 2.5 inch diameter plate with a 1.0 inch diameter rubber ball. The plate has pre-drilled holes, including the universal AMPS hole pattern. Mounting hardware is not included with the base plate.
     
  • Arm Included: RAM-B-201U shown below is a standard length marine grade aluminum arm 2.875 inches in length from socket center to socket center and 3.6875 inches in overall length. A tightening knob on the side of the arm enables the sockets to clamp firmly to the attached base and mounting plate. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached plates. This enables the arm and mounting plate to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!

  • Arm Length Options (NOT INCLUDED):
    • RAM-B-201U-A  short "A" length arm 1.75 inches from socket center to socket center, is available.
    • RAM-B-201U-C  long "C" length arm 5.1875 inches from socket center to socket center is available. 
  • Security Option (NOT INCLUDED):

    • RAM-KNOB3LU keyed lock shown below is available and replaces the plastic twist knob found on the RAM-B-201 series arm.
