The RAM-103-247U-3-SYM1P is a marine grade aluminum square rail clamp base with a 1.5 inch diameter rubber ball. The rail clamp base will accommodate a 3 inch maximum rail width and includes the scanner holder. The RAM-103-247U-3-SYM1P includes the RAM-247U-3 square rail clamp, RAM-201U arm, RAM-202U and and high strength plastic powered spring cradle for Motorola/Symbol MC70.

  • Clamp Base Description: RAM-247U-3 universal square rail clamp base that will accommodate a 3 inch maximum rail width. 
  • NOTE: Suggested Maximum Weight 10 pounds. See Clamp Base Ball Size Options below for additional heavier duty options.
  • Hardware Included: Yes. Two bolts and two nuts are included that will accommodate a square rail clamp distance up to 3 inches.
  • Holder (Included): RAM-HOL-SYM1P a high strength plastic powered spring cradle for Motorola/Symbol MC70.
    
  • Arm Included: RAM-201U shown below is a standard length arm 4.55 inches from socket center to socket center. Overall length is 5.625 inches. The arm allows for easy adjustment by loosening the side knob, a single spring inside the arm opens the sockets, allowing the arm to pivot on the attached accessory. This enables the arm and accessories to be positioned at various angles allowing the ultimate in position flexibility. Loosen the knob completely and the arm will disconnect from the accessories in seconds!

    • RAM-247U-15 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 1.5 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-17 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 1.7 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-2 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 2 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-25 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 2.5 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-3 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 3 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-4 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 4 inch maximum rail width.
    • RAM-247U-5 optional universal square rail clamp base will accommodate a 5 inch maximum rail width.
  • Cradle Adapter Included:
    • RAM-202U shown below is a universal 2.5 inch round plate with the AMPS hole pattern.
